Whole grains are more nutritious than refined grains, and this is being recognized by the whole world. People are choosing whole grains over white products, which is understandable. This logic also applies to cereals. Whole grain cereals pack a nutritious punch for breakfast.
8. GOOD FAT VERSUS SMALL FAT
Saturated fats are unhealthy, but flaxeed oil and oil from nuts can add healthy fats to your morning cereal. Almonds, flaxeed, and walnuts provide the necessary fats to complete your meal.
